Gorillaz presentará “Song machine: Strange timez” en vivo

“Song machine”, la máquina musical de dibujos animados que arroja música de Gorillaz, produjo una primera temporada titulada “Strange timez” de seis capítulos que la banda liberó periódicamente, desde febrero hasta agosto en su canal de YouTube y ahora podrás tener en tus dispositivos móviles a partir del 23 de octubre, o bien adquirirlos en formato físico según decidas como CD, vinilo y cassette estándar; más box sets de 17 tracks Deluxe y Super Deluxe. Además lanzarán un anuario con 210 páginas

Gorillaz comenzó el año con el primer capítulo “Momentary bliss” en colaboración con slowthai and Slaves y así durante seis episodios, Noodle, 2D, Murdoc y Russel visitaron la Luna, Marruecos, París, Londres y el Lago Como.

La serie de videos que vimos, es solo una pequeña parte de una colección de 17 tracks que incluyen colaboraciones con artistas como Beck, Elton John, Fatoumata Diawara, Georgia, Kano, Leee John, Octavian, Peter Hook, Robert Smith, Roxani Arias, ScHoolboy Q, Slaves, Slowthai, St Vincent y 6LACK; así como CHAI, EARTHGANG, Goldlink, Joan As Police Woman, JPEGMAFIA, Moonchild Sanelly, Unknown Mortal Orchestra, Skepta, y Tony Allen.

Además, el 12 y 13 de diciembre, Gorillaz realizará “Song machine live” que será una combinación de imágenes y presentación en vivo con canciones de “Song Machine: Season on – Strange timez”, en tres zonas horarias.
