La Hollywood Foreign Press Association, anunció a los nominados para los Premios Golden Globe 2022 este lunes 13 de diciembre, lo que marca algunas “primicias” para el 79º evento anual.
La HFPA transmitió en vivo el anuncio por primera vez en el sitio web de los Golden Globe y el canal de YouTube, y las presentaciones no se consideraron este año.
La HFPA señala que acomodó a los cineastas y estudios que solicitaban su contenido para su consideración solo para categorías específicas. La asociación también declaró:
“Durante los últimos ocho meses, la HFPA ha revisado completamente sus estatutos, implementando cambios radicales de arriba hacia abajo que abordan la ética y el código de conducta, la diversidad, la equidad y la inclusión, la gobernanza, la membresía y más. Recientemente, la HFPA admitió a su clase más grande y diversa hasta la fecha de 21 nuevos miembros, todos los cuales son votantes por primera vez del Golden Globe”.
